Iris Ad Horizon AS is an independent medical consulting and coordination company registered in Norway.

The company does not provide medical treatment, diagnostics, laboratory services, or legal services. All medical procedures, clinical decisions, laboratory processing, and legal actions are performed exclusively by licensed professionals and institutions.

Our services are limited to structured consulting, coordination, advisory support, and administrative guidance.

Iris Ad Horizon AS does not guarantee medical outcomes, treatment acceptance, pregnancy, birth, or therapeutic success.

All medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare providers and the client.

Initial consultations are advisory in nature and are based on the information and documentation provided by the client.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Any subsequent consulting or coordination services are subject to a separate written agreement defining the scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities of the parties.

Iris Ad Horizon AS may facilitate communication with third-party medical institutions, laboratories, clinics, agencies, specialists, or other service providers.

Iris Ad Horizon AS is not responsible for the independent actions, decisions, services, delays, or outcomes of third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to their consultation or service request.

Iris Ad Horizon AS is not responsible for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or withheld information.

Iris Ad Horizon AS shall not be held liable for medical outcomes, institutional decisions, treatment delays, regulatory changes, travel disruptions, or actions taken by third parties.

Any liability is limited to the scope of consulting or coordination services explicitly defined in the applicable written agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
